We are pan-European!

This approach, which transcends national borders, is so important because intercultural and scientific exchange is becoming more and more central in our increasingly globalized world. Through our unique networking with other Volt university groups across Europe, we are able to overcome national borders and apply best-practice principles.

We are progressive!

Changes are opportunities, which we face openly and solution-oriented. Racism, sexism and discrimination of any kind are a present problem not only at the university, but also outside of it. We therefore stand for personal freedom and complete acceptance of the personal definition of all people and for a diverse and inclusive higher education landscape.

We are pragmatic!

We do not follow a particular ideology, but instead try to make efficient decisions based on evidence and approaches that have been successful elsewhere with our best practice principle.
